muffin recipe (blueberry)♣

hi again.. im introducing a recipe! it is blueberry muffins! very de nice!!! 2 half cups of self raising flour half cup caster sugar 1 half cup milk 2 lightly beaten eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 150g (5 oz) unsalted butter-melted & cooled 1 can of blueberries
method
preheat oven 200 c
2 sift flour in a bowl
add sugar to flour
make a well in the centre
mix milk, eggs & vanilla in another bowl
pour liquid into the well in the flour
add the melted and cooled butter
fold mixture gently w/ a spoon
bake 20-25 minutes
cool on cooling rack before adding decorations
yay! muffins are done! serve with fruits or icing sugar(sifted) on top.
